- Dream Destinations Travel and Tourism LLC provides tour, flight tickets apartment booking, to clients either to themselves or over a supplier.
- This website does not allow clients to book directly for flights and tours. Requests will be forwarded to the operations team and requests will be subjected for availability. The customer must receive a reply with in maximum of 24 hours, (depending on the clarity of the inquiry) with the details and amount of their requested services.
- The itinerary posted on our website is only a proposed outline. We do not hold any confirmed booking of any kind of services we offer. The quotation might change anytime based on the availability of the chosen service.
- Payments for any chosen service shall be paid in full through our payment link or funds transfer.
- We will not ask for any card details and we will not process payment on your behalf.
- We have the right to ask for Personal Identification card for security purposes.
- In order to get benefit at the current proposed prices, we recommend you to book with us immediately because rates are subject to availability. Hence prices can change without prior notice.
- In terms of any immediate deals or promotions, our prices are said to be valid for the period mentioned and are subject to the terms and conditions applied to that particular deal or promotion.
- In case of an online payment, additional charges are applicable at the time of payment by the client.
- Payment by the clients are only acceptable through bank transfers and online payments. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers.
- If in case there are disputes and refund requests, email must be sent to email@example.com , approval will depend on each of the services own TnC’s. The client shall provide the original receipt copy once requesting for refund or the invoice number and ban reference number if booking/payment was made online. Refund may take 5-7 days depending on the nature of dispute.
- Booking must be done on this website. Guests may choose the date of booking depending on the availability of the apartment.
- Payment must be done by the client through the payment link or funds transfer.
- Cancelation : prior to booking date
- 14 days before check in (full refund)
- 10 days before check in (Full refund minus service fee)
- 7 days before check in (50% refund minus first night and service fee)
- Less than 7 days before check in (No refund)
- Check in time starts from 3:00 PM onwards. Check in after 5:30 pm would be endorsed for Self check-in)
- Check out time is any time before 12:00 PM. Check out before 10:00 AM would be endorsed for a Self-check out)
- Number of guests must be disclosed upon booking. DDTT has the right to initiate an additional charge once proven that guests brought more than the allowable numbers of guests.
- Passport copy is a must. A copy must be send prior to check in date. This applies to all guests.
- Kids/ Children would solely be the responsibility of the accompanying adult/s.
- Strictly NO smoking , NO parties or events.
- Any damage in the property would be fully charged to the guest.
- DDTT LLC doesn’t hold any responsibility for guests who would be a part of a crime or any illegal activities.
- No booking will be made directly from this website. Any requests will be completed and will be sent as an inquiry. Customer will receive a reply with the quotation maximum of 24 hours, and once confirmed, customer must then process payment through the payment gateway link.
- Air Ticket refund and cancelation is subject to the cancelation and refund policy of the airline chosen by the client. These information would be provided upon inquiry.
- Baggage and other requests are subject for availability.
- Any changes are subject to availability, any charges it would result to would be charged to the client.
- Booking must be done at least 2-3 days before the tour date.
- The availability will be confirmed once inquiry was sent.
- Timing can be change by DDTT on last minute depends on the pickup location.
- Guests need to wear comfortable clothing in accordance with laws of UAE.
- We will be calling the guests directly before the tour. If we cannot reach them we will leave a message to hotel reception, please check with concierge/reception at your Hotel for messages.
- The guest must wait in the lobby, not in their room. Please make sure that guests are on time, as the drivers are not allowed to wait. If guests are late they will be charged as a no-show.
- All tours and transfers vehicle type depend on passenger size. Once you are in the camp, you would be transferred to a secure type of vehicle, suitable for the activities there.
- Guest must follow the laws of UAE and do not involve in any illegal activity .In case any guest is apprehended/involved in any illegal act, Dream Destinations Travel and Tourism LLC shall not be held liable in any manner.
Tour Cancelation Policy
Once the booking has been confirmed by Dream Destinations Travel and Tourism LLC, and the customer wishes to cancel for whatsoever reason, the customer must pay the cancelation fee. The charge will depend on the total price for any of the services and which shall be appropriate, including any deposit paid by the customer.
Rebooking for the tour, is depending on the availability.
Cancellation fees/refund except otherwise stated, Tour or package or any product cancelled without due notice are subject to a cancellation fees according to the following scale: (Calculating by departure date)
- a) Short Tours/Excursions/products (with tour duration of one day or less) and not including overnight accommodation: (cancellation calculating before the services begin)
- Cancellation more than 7 calendar days : No cancellation fee
- Cancellation between 6 and 4 calendar days : 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellation within 3 calendar days : 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
- Cancellation the day of the services or after : 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
- b) Special request/Private tours/Group Tours/Tours/excursions/products including flight ticket and/or Overnight accommodation: (cancellation calculating before the services begin)
- More than 60 days : 25% of the total price
- More than 45 days : 50% of the total price
- More than 30 days : 75% of the total price
Cancellation within 15 days : 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
Cancellation the day of the services or after : 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
Guest We Are Unable to Accommodate
- Ladies more than 3 months pregnant
- Children less than 12 years of age without company of an adult
- Anyone that has had major surgery in the last 6 months
- Anyone that has had a broken leg/arm in the last 6mths
- Anyone who suffers from chronic back or neck pain or injuries
